Pool Closing includes:
- Water is lowered, lines are blown out, winter plugs and gizzmos are installed, handrails and ladders are removed (In-Ground) and filtration system is disassembled (Above Ground only).
- Winter chemicals are added (Above Ground and In-Ground) and antifreeze is poured into the lines (In-Ground only).
- Cartridge systems are rinsed off, DE & Sand filters are drained.
- Cover is installed for the winter.
NOT INCLUDED at closing:
- Vacuuming
- Removal of debris
- Water Balancing
EXTRA CHARGES at closing:
- Winter chemicals
- Solid cover with water bags
- Faceplates that are cracked
- Drilling for safety covers, additional worn out straps/springs, anchors, etc.
- Any additional parts needed to close that are not out during closing or specifically mentioned
